I opened this fanlisting on February 18th, 2005. I chose the name because in the game, Metroid Prime, Samus fights many creatures, many of which were mutated creatures. They were mutated by the Space Pirates!

A fanlisting is a list of fans of a particular subject. The mission is to find out how many fans there is in the world. The subject of a fanlisting can be pretty much anything, but there can be only one fanlisting for each subject and it has to be approved by and listed at The Fanlistings [dOT] org. The idea of a fanlisting came from Janine Mischor.
The first/current layout features, Samus with some Metroids! Picture? I used Photoshop Elements 2.0 (Because I made it at school), and Notepad. I got the pictures from various places around the internet, none from the official site though. Most of the images came from here.
Of course ... the basic rules ... I try not to be strict.
1 You have to be a fan of Metroid Prime.
2 You only need a name, e-mail, and country. A website is not required.
3 If you have a website, you need to put up a code before I process your application
(which could take from three minutes to three weeks, depending on when I get time) Despite whatever you might have heard, I DO PERFORM CODE CHECKS.
I DO ALSO CHECK FOR DIRECTLY LINKED
CODES, site will not be linked if site has a directly linked code.
4 If you have a code up when I process your application, I'll put a link on your site.
5 Your site must not be of hate, porn, homophobia, etc. I have the right to refuse linking your site. Tasteful porn is allowed.
6 If any of your information changes, I would love it if you could send in an update form.

Summary from the Bonus Disc:
A group of Space Pirates who escaped the attack on
planet Zebes begin to rebuild their forces on the
planet Tallon IV, where a strong energy sourced has
been deteceted. Discovering that this energy, called
"Phazon," has a capacity to mutate creatures into
more violent forms, the Space Pirates start
experimenting with it on the creatures of Tallon IV.
Samus learns of these dangerous biological
experiments and heads to Tallon IV to destroy the
experimental facilites and uncover the mystery of
Phazon.
